Founded by Leeron Tal, a longtime Burbank resident and community builder, The Circle was born from a vision of creating an inclusive, supportive space where women can connect beyond the digital world. With years of experience growing programs that support families, Leeron has cultivated strong relationships with the school district, businesses, nonprofits, and city leaders, making The Circle a true community-driven initiative.
