The best way to get started is by filling out the member application on our website. In our community, we prioritize our members when it comes to events and workshops. Every member has the opportunity to network, collaborate, and promote herself within the group.

Can we bring our children or babies?

As much as we love children, The Circle is intended to be a space for women to take a break, recharge, and focus on their own self-care. For that reason, we do not offer on-site childcare and kindly ask that no one under the age of 18 attend, except during designated family-friendly events.

Question 3

How late can you cancel a class?

Accepted Answer

If you are unable to attend, please cancel so we can open the class up to our waitlist. You can cancel up to 3 hours before your booking and your credit will be restored. If you cancel anytime within the 3 hours leading up to the booking, you will lose your credit but you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Once I'm a member, how much are classes?

When you’re a member at The Circle, you have access to 8 classes of your choosing every month, included in your membership! If you use up all your credits and want to add more, there are additional credits available for purchase ($15 per) so that you can enjoy as many classes as you’d like every month.

What can I use the Focus Studio for?

Accepted Answer

As a member, you receive 2 credits each month to reserve private use of the Focus Studio (1 hour per credit). The focus studio is great if you need to jump on a conference call, film a video, record a podcast, have a one-on-one meeting with someone, or just need some guaranteed quiet time to focus on your work.

I just became a member. How do I book a class?

As a member you can now login to The Circle App. Login with your credentials and you will have access to booking classes, the focus studio, Circles, and upcoming mixers and events.

Are the practitioners included in the membership?

The practitioners run their own private business out of our practitioner room or focus studio on the days that they are here. Their services are not included with your membership, but they all offer great discounts specifically for Circle members.

How does the billing work?

How can I get a guest pass?

To try a day at The Circle, fill out the application on our website and then email us at hello@thecircleburbank.com for a link to claim your free one day guest pass.

Question 10

I'm a member and I have a family member/friend coming from out of town. Can I bring them to The Circle?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We have a special week guest pass for $40 that is specifically for our members to use for out of town guests. Email us at hello@thecircleburbank.com for a link to purchase that pass. Week passes include 4 classes at The Circle to be used during a one week period.
