Lengthen. Release. Realign. This gentle, guided class is designed to help you soften tension, increase flexibility, and restore balance in your body. Expect deep, intentional stretches focused on mobility, posture, and nervous system reset. Perfect for recovery, grounding, and daily body care.

For women building businesses or living creatively, this group is a place to talk openly about the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, gain inspiration, exchange resources, and connect with like-minded women on similar paths.
4:00 PM - YIN YOGA (CLAIRE)
In this yin yoga class, you’ll hold poses for longer periods to gently release deep connective tissue and uncover a flexibility you may not have realized was there. With plenty of options to use props for support, you’ll be guided into releasing tension and stress, setting yourself up for a restful night’s sleep.

Build lean muscle, boost endurance, and define your body in this full-body strength training class using light weights and resistance bands - all while grooving to fun music & taking dance breaks. You'll target every major muscle group with a balance of power moves and toning work. Designed to sculpt and strengthen, this class will leave you feeling strong, confident, and unstoppable. BYOW: Bring Your Own Weights if you can please.
10:00 AM - CORE PILATES (JODIE)
This class is designed for beginners, active older adults, and anyone feeling stressed or overwhelmed. We’ll move through slow, gentle stretches using chairs or mats paired with soothing affirmations to help release tension and support relaxation. The class concludes with light journaling or quiet reflection to integrate the experience and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. No prior experience needed. All bodies and abilities welcome.
11:30 AM - CIRCLE: SEASONED WOMEN
Created for our more mature members, this Circle group explores the complexities and gifts of this stage of life. From becoming grandparents, caring for elderly parents, navigating relationships and new chapters of marriages, to embracing life and loss, this Circle fosters friendship, connection, and honest conversation.
12:30 PM - ALIGNMENT + MOVEMENT: FROM 10 TO ZEN (ANITA)
This class combines intentional movement, breath work, somatic healing, Qi Gong, and stress-releasing techniques to help you shift from frazzled to fully grounded. Expect to shake off what you’re holding, move with purpose, and end in stillness with a calming meditation. It's your weekly reset—because you deserve to feel aligned, centered, and deeply at ease.

9:15 AM - YOGA TUNE UP THERAPY BALLS (KIMBERLY)
45 Minutes of Much KNEADed Self-Care.Treat yourself to a restorative self-massage session designed to release tension and reset your body. Each class features simple yet powerful rolling techniques that target common high-tension zones — plus those nooks and crannies you may have forgotten about. These easy-to-use tools can make a profound difference in how you move, feel, and connect with your body. We’ll wrap up by rolling gently into deep relaxation.

Kimberly offers a unique approach that blends teachings from various styles of yoga, movement disciplines, rehabilitation methods (including Dynamic, Neuromuscular Stabilization DNS), meditation, self-massage and sound healing. Her classes emphasize both functional and anatomical alignment and breath work, while honoring the sacred roots of yoga.

This Circle is for women in the early season of discovery, ambition, and self-definition. This Circle creates space to grow self-trust, deepen friendships, navigate relationships and build confidence as you step into adulthood with curiosity and intention. It’s about growth, clarity, and stepping into adulthood on your own terms—unapologetically. Honoring where we are while expanding into who we’re becoming.

This class blends movement, low-impact strength, jazz and heels technique in a class designed to reconnect you with your body and expression. A sacred space for souls who are ready to deepen their connection with their higher self.
Each week, we gather in an open, heart-centered circle to explore questions about spirituality, the soul’s journey, and what it truly means to live in alignment with your divine essence. Together, we’ll bridge the spiritual and the physical — learning how to bring your spirit into this 3-dimensional world so you can live from your full potential. Through reflection, discussion, and gentle guidance, you’ll strengthen your connection to your inner voice, intuition, and the wisdom that’s always guiding your path.
4:30 PM - MAT PILATES: ESSENTIAL SCULPT (CARLY)
Round out your day with this energizing, uptempo Pilates class designed to tone, sculpt, and strengthen the body and mind. Come prepared for layered dynamic movement and coordination challenge. You’ll leave this full-body workout feeling strong and refreshed. Optional: Bring your own 2-3 lb hand weights for increased strength building.

Unwind under the soft glow of candlelight in this calming evening class designed to release tension and restore. This is a slower paced and powerfully restorative class that pairs yoga poses with therapy balls for self massage. Surrounded by the warmth of candlelight, come and reconnect with your breath, body and mind. All levels welcomed.

Enjoy a deeply transformative, multi-sensory healing journey. Blending guided meditation, breath work, Kimberly creates an immersive experience rooted in sound healing, kirtan, and shamanic practices.

Global Groove is a 45-minute high-energy dance fitness experience that takes you around the world—no passport required. Travel through the powerful pulse of African rhythms, the infectious vibes of the Caribbean, the passion of Latin beats, and the edge of hip-hop movement. This cardio-driven class blends easy-to-follow choreography with global grooves designed to get your heart pumping, your hips moving, and your spirit lifted. Expect sweat, culture, confidence, and nonstop vibes. ALL levels welcome and no previous dance experience is required. Don't be shy, take flight with us each and every week.

Join Claire for a strong yet adaptable yoga practice that begins gently and gradually builds towards more challenging poses. Each class is guided by a meaningful intention, with plenty of modifications offered along the way. Enjoy a range of different classes from Salsa, to line dancing, to immersive sound baths. Each Saturday we will have a special class with guest instructors and also our beloved Circle instructors.
