MONDAYS

9:00 AM - GENTLE STRETCH: RELEASE + RESET (CAITLYN)

​Lengthen. Release. Realign. This gentle, guided class is designed to help you soften tension, increase flexibility, and restore balance in your body. Expect deep, intentional stretches focused on mobility, posture, and nervous system reset. Perfect for recovery, grounding, and daily body care. 

10:00 AM - CIRCLE: ENTREPRENUERS + CREATIVES

For women building businesses or living creatively, this group is a place to talk openly about the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, gain inspiration, exchange resources, and connect with like-minded women on similar paths.

11:15 AM - MAT PILATES (CARLY)

This class helps build a strong, supported core through precise core engagement and pelvic stability exercises. Pilates improves posture, supports a healthy spine, and makes everyday movements easier and safer. It also helps to sculpt and tone the body in a low-impact, balanced, and functional way, leaving you feeling strong and energized.

7:00 PM - BEGINNER'S LINE DANCE LESSONS (ASHLEY) 

This beginner's class is perfect for all levels and will teach step by step instruction on some of the most popular line dances played at bars and saloons. No boots needed! Come in your tennis shoes, and ready to learn and dance to some Country hits!

TUESDAYS

9:00 AM - GROOVE + SCULPT (JODIE)

Build lean muscle, boost endurance, and define your body in this full-body strength training class using light weights and resistance bands - all while grooving to fun music & taking dance breaks. You'll target every major muscle group with a balance of power moves and toning work. Designed to sculpt and strengthen, this class will leave you feeling strong, confident, and unstoppable. BYOW: Bring Your Own Weights if you can please.

10:00 AM - STRETCH + RELEASE: A MOBILITY CLASS (JODIE)

This class is all about slowing down and giving your body the attention it deserves. We’ll focus on deep, intentional stretches for the hips, shoulders, and neck—areas where stress and tension love to hide. Whether you’re easing out of a long week or preparing for the one ahead, this class will help you increase mobility, improve circulation, and leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more in tune with your body. Perfect for all levels.

11:30 AM - CIRCLE: SEASONED WOMEN 

Created for women 60 and up, this Circle group explores the complexities and gifts of this stage of life. From becoming grandparents, caring for elderly parents, navigating relationships and new chapters of marriages, to embracing life and loss, this Circle fosters friendship, connection, and honest conversation.

12:30 PM - ALIGNMENT + MOVEMENT: FROM 10 TO ZEN (ANITA)

This class combines intentional movement, breath work, somatic healing, Qi Gong, and stress-releasing techniques to help you shift from frazzled to fully grounded. Expect to shake off what you’re holding, move with purpose, and end in stillness with a calming meditation. It's your weekly reset—because you deserve to feel aligned, centered, and deeply at ease.

6:00 PM - DANCE IT OUT (JODIE)

This is not your ordinary dance class.  Jodie aims  to create more than just dance and movement—She creates spaces for connection, healing, and joy. Different styles of dances will be explored such as hip hop, latin, soul, country, jazz, all while getting your cardio in!

7:00 PM - YIN YOGA (CLAIRE)

In this yin yoga class, you’ll hold poses for longer periods to gently release deep connective tissue and uncover a flexibility you may not have realized was there. With plenty of options to use props for support, you’ll be guided into releasing tension and stress, setting yourself up for a restful night’s sleep.

WEDNESDAYS

9:15 AM - YOGA TUNE UP THERAPY BALLS (KIMBERLY)

45 Minutes of Much KNEADed Self-Care.Treat yourself to a restorative self-massage session designed to release tension and reset your body. Each class features simple yet powerful rolling techniques that target common high-tension zones — plus those nooks and crannies you may have forgotten about. These easy-to-use tools can make a profound difference in how you move, feel, and connect with your body. We’ll wrap up by rolling gently into deep relaxation.

10:00 AM - YOGA REFRESH (KIMBERLY) 

Kimberly offers a unique approach that blends teachings from various styles of yoga, movement disciplines, rehabilitation methods (including Dynamic, Neuromuscular Stabilization DNS), meditation, self-massage and sound healing. Her classes emphasize both functional and anatomical alignment and breath work, while honoring the sacred roots of yoga.

11:00 AM - HEART. SOUL. PEN: WRITING CLASS (ROBIN) 

Find your voice, release limiting beliefs, embrace the value of what you have to say, and share your work in an uplifting environment. The class is open to all searchers, seekers, journalers, writers, and nonwriters alike - no prior writing experience is necessary. Finding your voice will transform your writing and your life!

12:00 PM - CIRCLE: HORMONE SUPPORT 

A supportive group for women navigating peri-menopause, menopause, thyroid imbalances, and other hormonal

shifts. Come to share your journey, ask questions,and explore resources together.

6:00 PM - STRETCH & BANDED BOOTY (CAITLYN)

The perfect balance of burn and release. This class uses resistance bands to activate and strengthen your glutes in the first half, then shifts into deep, targeted stretches to lengthen and restore them in the second half. Build strength, improve flexibility, and leave with happy, powerful glutes—and a body that feels both worked and refreshed.

7:00 PM - IN HER ELEMENT: CHAIR DANCE CLASS (CAITLYN)

This class blends movement, low-impact strength, jazz and heels technique in a class designed to reconnect you with your body and expression. Start with a guided warmup and chair work flow, followed by across-the-floor technique and beginner-friendly choreography. Supportive footwear encouraged. No prior experience necessary.

8:00 PM - IMMERSIVE SOUND BATH (VERA)

Enjoy a deeply transformative, multi-sensory healing journey. Blending guided meditation, breath work, and hypnosis with crystal bowls, tuning forks, gong, drums, piano, and her angelic voice, Vera creates an immersive experience rooted in sound healing, kirtan, and shamanic practices.

Banded Booty Burn is a high-energy resistance band workout focused on building a stronger, more lifted booty—while also targeting your legs and core. Using resistance bands, this class delivers a serious burn in all the right places with low impact and high results. All levels welcome—just bring your bands and your best booty-shaking attitude!

12:00 PM - THE SPIRITUAL CIRCLE

A sacred space for souls who are ready to deepen their connection with their higher self.
Each week, we gather in an open, heart-centered circle to explore questions about spirituality, the soul’s journey, and what it truly means to live in alignment with your divine essence. Together, we’ll bridge the spiritual and the physical — learning how to bring your spirit into this 3-dimensional world so you can live from your full potential. Through reflection, discussion, and gentle guidance, you’ll strengthen your connection to your inner voice, intuition, and the wisdom that’s always guiding your path.

6:00 PM - MAT PILATES 101 (KATHERINE)

Strengthen your core, lengthen your muscles, and improve your posture in this low-impact, mat-based Pilates class. With a focus on breath and control, you’ll build deep, functional strength from the inside out. Perfect for all levels, this is mindful movement that leaves you feeling strong, steady, and connected.

7:00 PM - CANDLELIGHT YOGA: ROLL + RESTORE (KIMBERLY)

Unwind under the soft glow of candlelight in this calming evening class designed to release tension and restore. This is a slower paced and powerfully restorative class that pairs yoga poses with therapy balls for self massage.  Surrounded by the warmth of candlelight, come and reconnect with your breath, body and mind.  All levels welcomed. 

FRIDAYS

9:00 AM - CIRCLE: MOMS OF TEENS

The Moms of Teens Circle is a weekly gathering for moms or caregivers of junior high and high schoolers to connect over the unique challenges of parenting teens. Think hormones, high school drama, driving, and prepping for college, but in a judgment-free zone.

10:00 AM - SALSA, SWEAT, SMILE! (APRIL)

Spice up your week and let your inner fire out with the vibrant rhythms of Salsa! This class brings the heat with beginner-friendly steps, lively music, and high-energy fun. Learn basic footwork, simple turns, and partner-free choreography that will leave you smiling and sweating. 

11:00 AM - VINYASA (CLAIRE)

Join Claire for a strong yet adaptable yoga practice that begins gently and gradually builds towards more challenging poses. Each class is guided by a meaningful intention, with plenty of modifications offered along the way. With a focus on breath and mindful movement, you’ll leave feeling grounded and centered, and hopefully having learned something new about yourself.

12:00 PM - MINDFUL AWARENESS &  HEART PRACTICES (MADELYNE)

This weekly gathering offers a sacred pause in your week—a space to reconnect with your inner wisdom through the lens of mindfulness. Through heart-centered presence and guided meditation, each session opens space for insight to arise.   Together, we’ll explore practices that cultivate clarity, resilience, and emotional balance—such as gratitude, loving-kindness, and self-compassion—to support a more easeful way of navigating your life’s path.  Come as you are, and leave feeling more connected, centered, and aligned with your authentic self.  (No prior experience required)
