Lengthen. Release. Realign. This gentle, guided class is designed to help you soften tension, increase flexibility, and restore balance in your body. Expect deep, intentional stretches focused on mobility, posture, and nervous system reset. Perfect for recovery, grounding, and daily body care.
10:00 AM - CIRCLE: ENTREPRENUERS + CREATIVES (Begins August 18)
For women building businesses or living creatively, this group is a place to talk openly about the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, gain inspiration, exchange resources, and connect with like-minded women on similar paths.
10:30 AM - BANDED BOOTY BURN (CAITLYN)
Get ready to activate, sculpt, and strengthen your glutes like never before. Banded Booty Burn is a high-energy resistance band workout focused on building a stronger, more lifted booty—while also targeting your legs and core. Using resistance bands, this class delivers a serious burn in all the right places with low impact and high results. All levels welcome—just bring your bands and your best booty-shaking attitude!
7:00 PM - DANCE IT OUT (JODIE)
This is not your ordinary dance class. Jodie aims to create more than just dance and movement—She creates spaces for connection, healing, and joy. Different styles of dances will be explored such as hip hop, latin, soul, country, jazz, all while getting your cardio in!
7:00 PM - BEGINNER'S LINE DANCE LESSONS (ASHLEY) Begins August 18
This beginner's class is perfect for all levels and will teach step by step instruction on some of the most popular line dances played at bars and saloons. No boots needed! Come in your tennis shoes, and ready to learn and dance to some Country hits!
8:00 PM - IMMERSIVE SOUND BATH (VERA)
Enjoy a deeply transformative, multi-sensory healing journey. Blending guided meditation, breath work, and hypnosis with crystal bowls, tuning forks, gong, drums, piano, and her angelic voice, Vera creates an immersive experience rooted in sound healing, kirtan, and shamanic practices.

This class is all about slowing down and giving your body the attention it deserves. We’ll focus on deep, intentional stretches for the hips, shoulders, and neck—areas where stress and tension love to hide. Whether you’re easing out of a long week or preparing for the one ahead, this class will help you increase mobility, improve circulation, and leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more in tune with your body. Perfect for all levels.

Find yourself by coming back to your innate wisdom through breath work and mindful movement. Perfect for the student who thinks they “can’t meditate” or are "not bendy". We will be gently ushered into a meditative state while we raise our kundalini energy; a powerful source of inner wisdom and vitality. Suitable for all levels and no prior experience with yoga is necessary.
11:30 AM - CIRCLE: SEASONED WOMEN (Begins August 19)
Created for women 60 and up, this Circle group explores the complexities and gifts of this stage of life. From becoming grandparents, caring for elderly parents, navigating relationships and new chapters of marriages, to embracing life and loss, this Circle fosters friendship, connection, and honest conversation.
1:00 PM - ALIGNMENT + MOVEMENT: FROM 10 TO ZEN (ANITA)
This class combines intentional movement, breath work, somatic healing, Qi Gong, and stress-releasing techniques to help you shift from frazzled to fully grounded. Expect to shake off what you’re holding, move with purpose, and end in stillness with a calming meditation. It's your weekly reset—because you deserve to feel aligned, centered, and deeply at ease.

Her classes emphasize both functional and anatomical alignment and breath work, while honoring the sacred roots of yoga.

This class blends sensual movement, low-impact strength, and heels technique in a class designed to reconnect you with your body and expression. Start with a guided warmup and floor work flow, followed by across-the-floor technique and beginner-friendly choreography.

This high-energy beginner twerk class is all about moving your body, building confidence, and having fun. We’ll break down the basics: hip isolations, booty shakes, and body rolls, so you feel strong, sexy, and free.
